Job Description
Job Duties
- Under direct supervision, assists in delivery of analytical results and reports.
- Trains directly under a Principal or Senior Technical Professional to gain knowledge of data processing and geomechanical/geophysical principles required for providing deliverables as per customer demands.
- Responsibilities will include working primarily in an office environment.
- Requires rapid familiarization with proprietary software and hardware.
- Entry level position for the Geoscience Technical Professional.
Qualifications
- Skills acquired through completion of undergraduate degree in Geology, Geophysics or Petro-physics.
- Completion of a graduate degree in Geology, Geophysics or Petro-physics preferred.
- Other technical, scientific, engineering, or mathematical background would be considered.
- Strong background in geophysics, technical/engineering, or scientific background is desired by not essential in lieu of other candidate qualities and/or background.
