Description
Within this role you will be helping our clients to rediscover life beyond addiction, Beacon House is a new location as part of our therapy-led residential programme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviours.

What you'll bring to the role
Candidates should have prior experience working in a healthcare, social care, or addiction support setting, ideally with individuals facing substance misuse challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work empathetically and maintain professional boundaries. Relevant qualifications in health and social care or addiction support are preferred but not always mandatory. Candidates must be reliable, able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and have a genuine commitment to supporting clients through their recovery journey.
