In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering enterprise architecture leadership, integration governance, and solution assurance across Transport for NSW initiatives, with a focus on HCM and related systems integration. This role will see you provide technical architecture direction, shape and maintain integration standards, and ensure governance frameworks are effectively embedded across delivery teams and system integrators. You will also manage audit and segregation of duties compliance, oversee access risk controls, support solution design assurance, and contribute to transition and operational support models in a complex, multi-stakeholder transport environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction while strengthening operational consistency, compliance, and service outcomes.

About you
You are a seasoned SAP specialist with significant, hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP EHSM, S/4HANA EHS, and SAP CRM. You possess a deep, foundational understanding of SAP EHS and EHSM processes, with a proven track record of delivering both standard and custom solutions across key capabilities including Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Health Monitoring and Assessment, and Injuries & Claims Management (ICM). Your technical acumen extends to managing minor enhancements and providing business-as-usual (BAU) support, backed by familiarity with industry-standard test and change management tools like ServiceNow, HPQC, ChaRM, and Solution Manager. Experience with analytics and reporting in S/4HANA environments is highly valued, and additional skills in SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro, UI5, Fiori, or SAP MDK will make you highly competitive for this role.
Beyond your technical expertise, you are a strategic thinker who excels at translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable SAP solutions. You possess the unique ability to map out end-to-end solution options and deliver clear, strategic recommendations that confidently support executive decision-making. Navigating complex environments is second nature to you, as you bring excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset that allows you to act as a seamless bridge between technical teams and business units.
