Job Description
- Build and deploy AI agents and reusable workflows
- Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AI agents, workflows, and data connectors
- Evaluate performance and quality of AI-generated results
- Analyze logs and system data to build predictive maintenance and alerting solutions
- Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders across the company
- Translate business needs into reliable AI-driven solutions
- Explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to improve processes with AI
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong foundational knowledge of LLM architecture and functionality
- Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks and designing multi-step agent workflows in production environments.
- Strong backend development skills (C#/.NET preferred; JavaScript, Python, or another programming language).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, including authentication mechanisms (OAuth2) and webhook-based integrations.
- Experience with web technologies Angular and React is a plus.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with Vector DB’s
- Experience with automation platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n) is a plus
- Knowledge in building custom connectors and integrating enterprise systems is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI augmented coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work independently with minimal guidance
- Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new tools, frameworks, and concepts in a practical, results-driven manner
