Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic System Analyst with a strong understanding of SAP business processes, data analytics, and Power BI. This role will support manufacturing operations by analyzing business needs, improving systems, and enabling data-driven decisions through analytics and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams to identify system and reporting requirements.

  • Analyze and document business processes and translate them into SAP functional specifications for enhancements or new developments.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, material consumption, downtime, and cost analysis.

  • Support and improve existing SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) by coordinating with functional and technical teams.

  • Validate and ensure data integrity between SAP, MES, and Power BI.

  • Support end-to-end process digitalization and assist in integrating new tools or automation solutions.

  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), document test results, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.

  • Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server) and third-party services.

  • Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

  • Provide user training and create documentation for new features and reports.

  • Work closely with business users & MSP to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science,

  • 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on exposure to SAP modules (MM/PP/SD/FI/CO).

  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API

  • Proficiency in Power BI – data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and publishing.

  • Strong Knowledge of SQL, ABAP basics, or Python scripting for data analysis or automation.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory, and costing.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in integrating SAP and Power BI using OData, BW, MES

  • Exposure to MES systems, ioT/Industry 4.0 initiatives.

  • Certification in SAP, Power BI, or Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) will be an advantage.
