BASIC FUNCTION

Providing marketing communications support to the business in the UK, Ireland, and Singapore, the Marketing Executive will be involved in a range of activities in supporting the Marketing team. This will range from production of marketing collateral and content and organisation of a mix of online and face-to-face events, through to maintenance of regional websites and social media management.

Assisting the team to implement the UP Marketing Strategy across the full range of marketing communications activities and campaigns in-line with the Marketing objectives.

The role would suit a candidate with marketing communications, event management or marketing agency experience.  

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Management

  • Support with logistics around the industry event and networking programme and webinars including venue organisation, webinar set up, stock ordering, invitation and follow up process, and reporting on event performance.
  • Manage inventory of promotional items and other event collateral.
  • The Marketing Executive will also be required to attend UK events to support as needed.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate attendance at events.

Website Management

  • Create pages and content for events and products/services and upload and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Report monthly on website conversions and leads.

Marketing Communications

  • Support the team with content writing for marketing campaigns using key message documents and research and tools such as Copilot and Adobe Express.
  • Create and report on monthly industry email campaigns through SalesForce systems.
  • Plan, create, schedule and measure social media content for two channels in three countries supported by the Marketing Manager and using social media tools such as Hootsuite, Canva.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create case studies by engaging with relevant contacts to gather information, write and present the content.
  • Support the Marketing team in regular meetings with all supporting communications agencies.

Customer Experience

  • Manage the Marketing inbox and direct queries internally.
  • Add new and segment contacts to the CRM system for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in mailing monthly surveys to obtain knowledge of customers’ satisfaction and feedback and sharing internally in monthly reports.
  • Support the Marketing team with monthly NPS report data using the Satmetrix system.
  • Help monitor and report on the LiveChat function on the website.

Marketing Support Activities

  • Work collaboratively with the key internal stakeholders and external agencies to support the delivery of the marketing strategy.
  • Assist the Marketing Team with all ad-hoc marketing requirements including:
    • Monthly sales meeting reports
    • Creating POs and aiding with budget spend
    • Researching and managing promotional material
  • Support the Marketing team to optimize benefits from SalesForce Account Engagement.
  • Perform additional duties as required from time to time to support the achievement of business goals.
