Keep track of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing maintenance tasks. Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks and repairs.
