Job Description
Participate in project monitoring workshops in close collaboration with other members of the project team (configuration workshops, acceptance workshops, start-up assistance, training of administrators and users) and in project steering committees
Participate in the translation of the client's needs into deliverables, in the writing of documentation and in presentations (design, application documentation, test scripts, training materials)
Parameterize the HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent), according to the pre-established business functional specifications (analysis of the feasibility of the client's request, analysis of the processes and affiliated data)
Conduct acceptance and non-regression test campaigns throughout the project to assess the impact of configurations on the overall system processes
