Job Description

  • 2-3+ years of experience in end‑to‑end compensation and variable pay processes, preferably in a global environment
  • Hands‑on expertise with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules
  • Strong background in Total Rewards, including merit processes and short‑term incentive schemes
  • Experience working in complex, cross‑functional and cross‑regional project settings
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Very good knowledge of HR IT ecosystems and digital HR processes
  • Proficient English skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology or a related field
