Senior Graphic Designer

The Role

We are looking for a Mid Weight Designer to join the Clients & Markets team, specialising in bid and pitch design.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the business, supporting high-value opportunities where design plays a critical role in how Savills presents, positions and wins work. This is not a traditional marketing or artworker role. You will operate within a fast-paced, commercially drive environment, working on live bids and pitches that require bespoke thinking, speed and precision.

You will collaborate closely with Bid Directors, writers and stakeholders to shape compelling narratives, challenge briefs and translate complex content into clear, persuasive and high-impact visual communication.

No two projects are the same, and the ability to think strategically, respond quickly and deliver under pressure is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-value bids, pitches and presentations from concept through to delivery

• Work in partnership with content teams to shape structure, messaging and storytelling, not just visual execution

• Translate complex information into clear, engaging and commercially compelling design

• Challenge briefs and bring creative thinking to elevate the quality and impact of submissions

• Manage multiple live projects under tight deadlines, maintaining quality and consistency

• Contribute to the development of pitch templates, frameworks and best practice to improve efficiency without compromising creativity

• Present design rationale and ideas confidently to stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• 4-5 years industry experience in a Graphic Design role or relevant qualification.

• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

• Understanding of image constraints for web and print.

• Willingness to develop new skills and learn internal systems.

• Ability to be a brand guardian and adhere to the brand guidelines.

• Attention to detail.

• Good time management.

• Ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines.

• Good communication skills.

• Dedicated and passionate.

• Self-motivated and a team player.

• Great Adobe Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop

• Canva & Powerpoint experience an advantage

• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to move beyond layout into storytelling and narrative shaping

• Confidence working directly with stakeholders and content teams

• High level of ownership and accountability
