Job Description

Job Summary : SEACORP is seeking a Mid-Career and Senior Systems Engineers – Undersea Weapons to support development of next-generation torpedo payload capabilities. This role will lead the development of system requirements and architecture for torpedo payload systems and coordinate subsystem engineering activities through early design, integration, and verification phases. The position is intended for engineers with direct experience supporting heavyweight or lightweight torpedo development programs and familiarity with NAVSEA undersea weapons engineering processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead development of system-level requirements for torpedo payload systems. Translate operational needs and mission concepts into system architecture and technical requirements. Develop and maintain System Requirements Specifications (SyRS). Define and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) across torpedo subsystems. Develop and maintain system architecture descriptions and subsystem allocations. Lead systems engineering activities through concept development, requirements definition, and preliminary design. Present technical artifacts and design status to government engineering leadership. Coordinate engineering efforts across internal teams and government stakeholders
