Job Description

Job Duties:
  • The Supervisor Reservations works with the Reservations Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department.
  • Provides supervision for the Reservations staff and ensures guest/employee satisfaction. 
  • Works with the Reservations Manager to make sure business and budgetary goals are being met.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred. 
  • Proficiency in a second language preferred. 
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in a hotel/resort environment. 
  • Experience working in a high pressure, high volume environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide employees toward goal achievement. 
  • Experience developing and conducting employee training. 
  • Skilled in hiring, development of employee motivational programs, performance evaluations and discipline. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, management and computer skills.
