Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sr. Sharepoint Developer role functions as a technical lead overseeing the development and support of the enterprise Sharepoint environment. The Software Architect must be technically-inclined, a great problem-solver, and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Wonderful leader and is extremely reliable. They should also work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience in implementing both packaged and custom solutions as well as implementing enhancements/projects by means of analysis, requirements gathering, functional design specification, impact analysis, testing, training and documentation is required. Looking for someone who is energized to work across businesses in a professional, fast paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Act as the lead developer on software development projects. This includes leveraging offshore/onshore developers suitable for the scope of the project, assigning duties to the staff and creating a timeline for the project.

  • Lead technical design and development, evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and system architecture, component and framework programming, as well as playing a key role in the technical decision process.

  • Implement SharePoint system solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the on premise SharePoint environment/system capabilities across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.

  • Maintain strong systems governance and security leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft, industry, and company best practices.

  • Advanced troubleshooting of high level production support issues experienced by SharePoint users.

  • Collaborate with local and offsite resources on project work and high level production support issues.

  • Analyze and provide recommendations for functionality improvements, aligning with long-term roadmap.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent years of relevant

  • Must have a strong desire to learn new skills, works well in a team environment and also helps with all aspects of the SDLC

  • C# , ASP.Net,CSS, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSOM programming development skills preferred

  • 5+ years configuring SharePoint 2010/2013. Experience in developing sharepoint applications on SOA architecture

  • 2+ years of experience in K2 blackpearl, Smartforms, TFS, BitBucket

  • Experience integrating SharePoint with third party applications and tools

  • Strong experience of PowerShell scripts for Server/SharePoint administration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Qualifications - Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of networking, security and systems administration 

  • Experience with DocuSign API 

  • Nintex and Sharepoint designer workflow

  • Knowledge of Adlib, Kofax software and its integration capabilities

  • Microsoft SharePoint Certifications

  • Google G-Suite experience

  • Agile certification is a plus.
