- Research trending and proven content formats
- Maintain idea bank for content creators
- Assisting content shoot on site
- Assisting content creator team to produce short form content on TikTok
- Handles daily TikTok performance tracking and data entry
- Track and update content performance metrics on dashboard
- Supports lead sourcing and outreach coordination for Instagram & TikTok organic
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field
- Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content trends
- Familiar with TikTok content formats, trends, and basic algorithm understanding
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data tracking and dashboards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured idea banks
- Comfortable assisting in on-site content shoots and working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with content creators and KOLs Basic understanding of influencer or KOL marketing is a plus
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
