Job Description

• Design and develop engaging curriculum and lesson plans for children aged 1–3 years, aligned with developmental milestones and learning goals
• Ensure consistent implementation across centers and support teachers through training and guidance
• Monitor curriculum effectiveness, gather feedback from teachers and parents, and continuously improve based on insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with overall objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in preschool curriculum development and familiar with play-based or sensory-based learning
• Proven experience in teaching young students
• Good communication skills and interest in teacher development
• Adaptable and open to new approaches
