Job Description:
- Monitor and evaluate SAR interactions with parents (calls, WhatsApp, follow-up cadence)
- Score SAR performance against defined quality standards and communication frameworks
- Identify patterns in churn signals and escalate findings to the Growth/Strategy team
- Produce regular QA reports with actionable improvement recommendations

Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in QA, customer experience, or operations audit
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; experience with data reporting is a plus
