We are looking for an experienced SEO / SEM Lead to drive sustainable growth across organic and paid search channels. This role will lead end-to-end SEO and SEM strategies, combining strong technical expertise with hands-on campaign execution. You will work closely with content, engineering, and marketing teams to improve search visibility, resolve website issues, and scale high-impact search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
SEO

Own and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives

Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities

Lead technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and site architecture

Troubleshoot website issues including broken links, redirects, mobile usability, JS rendering, and sitemap/indexing errors

Optimize site structure, URL hierarchy, internal linking, schema markup, and content organization

Monitor SEO performance and deliver insights using tools such as GSC, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio

Manage Google My Business listings and improve local SEO visibility

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max

Build scalable campaign structures using keyword, audience, or intent-based segmentation

Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and audiences

Set up and maintain accurate tracking using GA4 and GTM (events, parameters, and conversions)

Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, Quality Score, impression share, and search term performance

Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio
Job Requirements

4–5+ years of experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in performance-driven environments

Proven track record of improving organic rankings, reducing CPA, and scaling paid search performance
-
Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling and indexation, canonicalization, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and Google Search Console
-
Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and attribution models
-
Solid experience managing Google Ads across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max
-
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers

Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision making
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
