About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Trainer who can equip our sales teams with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve outstanding results. You’ll create engaging training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and help build a strong, customer-focused sales culture.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare pitching decks based on the operational sales team’s needs.
- Conduct onboarding training for new sales team members.
- Deliver regular training sessions and workshops for existing sales team members.
- Facilitate discussions, roleplays, case studies, and coaching sessions during training.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and improve training materials.
- Regularly review, update, and evaluate training programs while coordinating with the operations team to identify additional training needs.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer in sales or customer service
- Experienced in training sales teams (retail, B2C, B2B, telesales, etc.)
- Able to deliver sales training material in an active, engaging, and practical manner
- Skilled in facilitating simulations or role-play sessions for sales skill development
- Strong understanding of sales funnel, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Communicative, energetic, and capable of inspiring training participants
- Persuasive and able to demonstrate effective sales techniques
- Disciplined, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced classroom dynamic
