Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Mapping & Improvement
Support end-to-end business process mapping (operations, pre-opening, and ongoing activities), identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization.
2. Facility Description & Specification Dashboard
Assist in building and maintaining a centralized dashboard detailing facility specifications, requirements, and standards for each preschool center.
3. Go-to-Market & Expansion Planning Support
Support market research and expansion planning activities, including location analysis, competitor benchmarking, and preparation of go-to-market strategies for new centers (e.g., pre-sales readiness, positioning, and initial demand validation).
4. Shared Facility Planning & Calculation
Support the analysis and calculation of shared facility needs (e.g., parking, common areas, utilities) to ensure optimal space utilization and compliance with operational requirements.
5. Local Authorities & Landlord Coordination
Support coordination with local authorities (e.g., licensing and education offices) and landlords for permits, compliance, and operational readiness of new and existing centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree minimum, no preferred major
- Data-savvy, could create a dashboard is a plus
- Good interpersonal negotiation skill
- Good contextual analysis
