Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management

• Proficiency in video editing software (at minimum CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro)

• Preferably familiar with graphic design tools

• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, challenges, and features to optimize content

• Collaborate with the Growth team to align video content with marketing strategies

• Analyze video performance and identify opportunities for improvement
