Job Description

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The account manager’s role is to provide fast and accurate service to our most loyal customers and to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for retention purposes. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide fast, accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tool

  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Promoting a “Safer Gaming” philosophy

  • Staying UpToDate on rules, processes, and licensing needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in Spanish, English and Greek (native level)

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Willingness to work within an international team

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to perform under pressure

  • Accountability and conscientiousness

  • Proven customer service experience handling VIP Clients would be considered an advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage
