Job Description
The IT Support Specialist, Service Desk (ITSS-SD) position, is a full time, on campus role, with standard hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with flexibility as needed. This phone position provides technical support for faculty, staff, and students across Windows, Apple, and mobile environments. The role operates in an ITIL-based service desk environment focused on documentation, process adherence, and continual improvement. Team members are expected to uphold Creighton’s core values of service, inclusion, and excellence while providing a consistent and professional customer experience.
