
DV Program Supervisor - Gender Based Violence Rapid Rehousing
Job Description
This full-time, non-clinical position is responsible for the administration of a domestic violence advocacy program area and the supervision of its staff members. May provide a variety of supportive services to domestic violence survivors and/or their children. Maintains a leadership role in providing ongoing training, professional development of staff, and team building. Supervises interns and volunteers as appropriate. Responsible for service quality, personnel issues, and assistance of the DV Program Director as needed. Works collaboratively with MFS staff and community partners to develop and provide effective programming that meets the changing needs of survivors and their families.
