Director, Manufacturing Learning and Development

Lead regional learning strategy for Manufacturing, Production Engineering, and related technical functions. Create clear career pathways for associates, team leaders, engineers, and managers. Develop standardized technical training, competency models, and certification programs. Deliver blended learning (digital, on‑the‑job, and instructor‑led). Partner with Operations and HR to ensure training improves safety, quality, productivity, and talent readiness. Oversee regional learning centers and manage trainers and instructional design teams.
