Position Overview: The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) is an early-career sales professional embedded in high-performing territories as part of a structured 24-month development program leading to a Territory Manager role. During the first year, the ASR partners with senior Territory Managers to support strategic sales initiatives, build customer relationships, and learn territory management. In the second year, the ASR transitions into managing a portion of the territory with an individual quota, continuing to receive mentorship and training to ensure success. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Business Development Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and close new business opportunities while supporting strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Territory Account Management Partner with senior team members to plan account coverage and contact strategies. Maintain accurate forecasts and manage resources efficiently. Utilize digital tools for territory management and quota attainment. Customer Relationship Management Update and manage account and opportunity data in Salesforce. Ensure timely capture of customer engagements and sales activities. Product Market Expertise Develop deep knowledge of Laerdal’s portfolio and consultative selling techniques. Understand simulation-based education and competency-based solutions to align with customer goals. Reporting Analysis Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and contribute to territory business planning. Manage expenses within budget and submit timely reports. Collaboration Customer Support Work closely with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver optimal solutions. Address customer issues promptly and ensure compliance with company policies.
