Job Description
Role: Data Analyst / BA
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Power Automate and PowerApps (or equivalent workflow automation tools)
- Use of Python or low-code scripting for automation
- Experience integrating data flows across systems
- Knowledge of criteria for AI-ready data: clean, labeled, structured, and governed
- Fundamentals of prompt engineering
- Understanding of agent-based workflows and orchestration concepts
- Experience enabling AI use cases (beyond analytics)
- Proficiency with Copilot Studio
- Experience applying LLMs in automation
- Requirements gathering with operations stakeholders
- Process mapping (current state and future state)
Responsibilities:
- Define critical operational metrics and KPIs
- Create scalable data models to support those metrics
- Build and complete dashboards in Power BI
- Automate data ingestion and refresh pipelines
- Reduce manual data manipulation steps
- Assess key operational datasets for usability
- Deliver AI-ready data standards and templates
- Collaborate with SMEs to normalize inconsistent data
- Map processes for AI/automation readiness
- Recommend phased improvements
- Identify high-value automation opportunities
- Build workflows (Power Automate, scripts, etc.)
- Pilot AI use cases with agents
