Job Description
- Lead the execution of end-to-end UiPath automation projects from inception (Process Design) to deployment (Hypercare), ensuring timelines, sprints, and automation pipeline milestones are met.
- Function as the primary point of contact for defense program offices, managing expectations, delivering progress reports, facilitating onsite engagements, and building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and strategic technology partners to help identify, shape, and advance future automation and AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business and mission value for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to roadblocks, independently navigating DoD network, security, governance, and organizational hurdles to keep delivery and customer objectives on track.
- Align technical teams (UiPath developers, solution architects, and AI engineers) with rigorous defense requirements, technical architecture constraints, and mission objectives.
- Monitor project health, mitigate technical and operational risks early, and ensure RPA implementations comply with federal, DoD, and defense-level security standards (e.g., Risk Management Framework, DISA STIGs).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead specifically managing software or automation implementations.
- Proven ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of mission-critical outcomes.
- Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams within a DoD, Federal, or Defense Consulting environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and executive level written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to operate effectively with executive leadership, delivery teams, and strategic partners.
- Direct experience managing automations, workflow modernization, or digital transformation implementation lifecycles leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Appian, ServiceNow, Blue Prism, AI/ML platforms, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise automation, workflow, or AI-enabled technology platforms and delivering solutions within secure governance environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams.

- $120-140k OR $75/hr. (C2C), commensurate with experience and achievement.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
