We're hiring a Scheduler to support our growing Mission Critical and vertical construction portfolio — an immediate need for someone who's ready to do meaningful work from day one.
What You'll Own
This isn't a support role. You'll be embedded with project teams — working alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors — translating field reality into schedule clarity. Your work directly shapes how projects are planned, sequenced, and recovered when things shift.
- Build, maintain, and update baseline schedules using P6 or MS Project
- Lead weekly schedule reviews; own the look-ahead process with field teams
- Track progress, analyze variances, and surface risks before they become delays
- Translate complex schedule data into clear reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Support preconstruction, procurement timelines, and critical path analysis
- Participate in pull-planning sessions with field leadership

You're analytically sharp and people-smart. You can hold your own in a technical conversation with a project executive and turn around to explain the same thing to a subcontractor in plain language. You work with urgency and precision, and you don't wait to be asked — you see the problem on the horizon and you bring it to the table with a plan.
Strong candidates will have:
- 3–7 years of construction experience with real exposure to scheduling or project controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Strong communication skills — you know how to present, not just report
- Working knowledge of commercial construction means and methods
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Bonus: resource-loaded schedule experience and cash flow/forecast reporting
