8+ years of experience in ethical sourcing, labor compliance, social risk monitoring, or responsible sourcing programs (brand/retailer or service provider).
Strong understanding of audit methodologies, codes of conduct, and corrective action processes.
Demonstrated experience working directly with suppliers on audit follow‑up, remediation, and improvement planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience using Excel, PowerBI, and related data tools.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
Willingness to travel periodically as required.
