Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in ethical sourcing, labor compliance, social risk monitoring, or responsible sourcing programs (brand/retailer or service provider).
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, codes of conduct, and corrective action processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with suppliers on audit follow‑up, remediation, and improvement planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience using Excel, PowerBI, and related data tools.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required.
