What You’ll Do

As Sol de Janeiro is rapidly growing and expanding, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, CEE & CH to enhance retailer performance, expand market share across various channels, and strengthen relationships with retail partners. Additionally, you will assist in executing business strategies, coordinate marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing key performance data to optimize brand visibility and market positioning. The position involves international collaboration, overseeing key markets including DACH, NL, PL and CEE.

 

This role will report to the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager DACH, NL, PL & CEE.

What You’ll Be Working On

Trade Marketing & Activation

  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing plans with retail partners to drive sales and brand visibility
  • Plan, organize and execute in-store promotions and activations across key retail partners
  • Define sampling opportunities, manage sampling forecasts and track redemption and performance
  • Ensure brand guideline compliance across all trade marketing initiatives and touchpoints
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution

In-Store Events & Visual Merchandising

  • Support the planning, organization and execution of in-store events and counter activations
  • Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure optimal brand presence across all doors
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials and on-site execution with retail partners and agencies
  • Capture learnings and feedback from events to continuously improve future activations

 

Digital & ECOM Brand Presence

  • Coordinate and provide creative and campaign assets for retailer digital channels
  • Develop brand content and ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling across retailer digital touchpoints
  • Drive strategic digital brand presence across retail partner platforms in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure correct brand messaging and creative representation across all retailer digital channels

Performance Analysis & Best Practices

  • Analyze profitability and ROI of marketing campaigns and activations to identify what works and what doesn't
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable best practices to inform future marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities across DACH, NL, PL and CEE to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Key Account Managers and Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

Must Haves

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in marketing or trade marketing roles, preferably in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods
  • University Graduate, with a major in Marketing, Business or Management
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (German & English as must)
  • Strong creative sensibility paired with solid analytical skills
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge and affinity with retail, digital marketing and brand building
  • A strong understanding of the wider EU beauty market is advantageous
  • Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations concisely and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (Remote + 2-3 days per week in our Germany Office)
  • This role requires regular travel to visit key retailers, attend events and support market activities
