What You’ll Do
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a strategic finance partner to our Ecommerce (DTC and Amazon) business while supporting Brand Marketing Americas. This role will play a critical role in delivering insights that drive revenue growth, optimize marketing investments, and improve overall business performance.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in FP&A and ecommerce analytics, and is comfortable working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Working On
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own the development and management of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Drive monthly and quarterly forecast updates, incorporating KPI’s, business trends, campaign performance, and market dynamics
- Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
Month-End & Quarter-End Close Support
- Support month-end and quarterly close cycles, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment of financial results
- Prepare and present financial performance packages to stakeholders
Business Partnership
- Act as a key business partner to Commercial teams providing strategic and financial support
- Provide financial guidance on marketing spend, customer acquisition, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Support decision-making through scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs
- Monitor trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and profitability
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
Must Haves
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Experience supporting Ecommerce (DTC and Amazon) with exposure to Shopify/Amazon Seller Central
Technical Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
