Job Description

• Manage customer’s queries via chat and email.
• Become a product expert who helps customers for the best solution.
• Delivery of high-end customer service to clients
• Should be active on Social media so can understand the customer’s concerns.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting
• Email and social media support experience
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process is preferred
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
