Provide services including installation, troubleshooting to high end customersHandle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
Ensure customer’s satisfaction.Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
Manage regional distributor and provide support like technical training ,monthly review meeting
Provide necessary technical support and team management support to the internal team
