Clinical Application Specialist-PMLS

Analyze application cases raised by end users, provide integrated application solutions, deliver hands-on training, support clinical trials, and ensure seamless system installations.

Deliver structured training programs to local distributors and assess their application capabilities to ensure high-quality customer support.

Provide professional application support to KOL customers, build strong and sustainable relationships with physicians, and increase satisfaction with Mindray products and academic services.

Regularly review, track, and follow up on pending application issues and user requirements, coordinating closely with local internal teams and external stakeholders.

Independently develop training materials and deliver high-quality application training programs to distributors and end users.
