Title: Resident Events & Experience Coordinator
Location: Kennewick, WA (Club 10 at Resort at Hansen Park)
Pay: $23.00 � $26.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (flexible, includes evenings/weekends)

This is not a typical events role.
At the Resort at Hansen Park, we�re building a lifestyle-driven community where residents choose to stay because of how it feels to live here. Club 10 is the center of that experience�and this role is at the heart of it.
We�re looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and execution together to design and deliver events that people actually show up to.
What You�ll Do

Plan a mix of experiences including:

Large signature events (seasonal, holiday, community-wide)

Social events (mixers, game nights, fitness classes)

Daily/weekly activations (pop-ups, quick-hit experiences)

Coordinate all event logistics from setup to breakdown

Partner with internal teams (caf�, concierge, facilities, leasing, security)

Be present at events and actively engage with residents

Promote events through flyers, digital screens, and social channels

Create marketing materials using tools like Canva

Track attendance, engagement, and event performance

Manage event budgets and identify revenue-generating opportunities

Source and manage vendors, instructors, and local partners
What We�re Looking For

2�4+ years in event planning, hospitality, or community programming
-
High energy and naturally engaging personality
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute at a high level

Creative mindset with the ability to design experiences people want to attend

Comfortable working a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Experience working with multiple age groups (families, adults, 55+) preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva
