Job Title: VP, Revenue Operations (Sales Velocity & Forecast Performance)
Argano is hiring a hands-on Vice President of Revenue Operations to directly improve sales execution, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy across a multi-business-unit, growth-focused organization. This is not a traditional RevOps role. There is no primary ownership of CRM administration, compensation design, or reporting hygiene. This leader acts as an operating partner to Sales Leadership, embedding rigor into how deals progress, how pipeline is inspected, and how forecasts are built.
Core Mission:
Drive measurable improvement in bookings performance by embedding discipline into pipeline health, deal progression, sales execution rigor, and forecast reliability. This is a RevOps role embedded directly in the revenue engine—focused on making the business perform, not reporting on it.
