To ensure that all drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, guarantee bookings, transfers, new deals, and fees are processed in a timely and accurate manner as Agent.
To process primary and secondary trades in a timely and accurate manner.
To communicate with Customers / Relationship managers and Participant Banks (as the case may be) in order to ensure that Agency facilities are correctly handled in accordance with the Agreements and the requirements of the business.
Monitor the group email box and make sure to take necessary action.
To ensure that nostro outstandings are tightly controlled.
To report to the Director any delayed items, disputed amounts and provide updates on outstanding investigations.
To assist in the preparation of the department’s reporting and internal controls.
To assist with projects and ad hoc tasks that further advance the abilities and scope of the Group.
Supervise a team and ensure all processes and procedures are maintained and adhered to.
Ability to work independently and securely but to maintain robust links with the Team and the overall group and be proactive & react to issues.
