R�sum�

Le ou la repr�sentant(e) des ventes internes, d�partement de location, est responsable des activit�s administratives quotidiennes, de la coordination de projets et contribue activement � la gestion des solutions de location en production d��nergie, distribution �lectrique et CVC (chauffage, ventilation et climatisation). En �troite collaboration avec les �quipes des ventes internes et externes, cette personne veille � offrir un service client de haute qualit�, orient� vers les besoins et la satisfaction de la client�le.

Ce que vous ferez - Le r�le (responsabilit�s)

  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour les demandes en mati�re de location.
  • Collaborer avec les clients potentiels et existants pour promouvoir et d�velopper les activit�s de location ainsi que pour proposer les produits et solutions de l�entreprise.
  • Pr�parer, coordonner et transmettre des propositions et soumissions pr�cises dans les d�lais appropri�s.
  • Coordonner et, au besoin, n�gocier avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants afin d�assurer la r�ussite des projets.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux, proactif et r�gulier des soumissions en cours.
  • Effectuer toutes autres t�ches et responsabilit�s jug�es pertinentes et appropri�es par la direction.

Ce dont vous avez besoin (exigences)

  • 2 � 3 ans d�exp�rience en ventes ou en service � la client�le.
  • Exp�rience ou formation dans les domaines m�caniques, �lectriques ou CVC consid�r�e comme un atout.
  • Excellente ma�trise du fran�ais et de l�anglais, tant � l�oral qu�� l��crit (en raison d�interactions r�guli�res avec une client�le � travers le Canada).
  • Excellente ma�trise de l�informatique et des applications MS Office.
  • Disponibilit� flexible en dehors des heures normales pour r�pondre aux urgences des clients.
  • �tre disponible en cas d��tat d�urgence d�clar�.

Summary

The Inside Sales Representative, Rental Department, is responsible for daily administrative activities, project coordination, and actively contributes to the management of rental solutions in power generation, electrical distribution, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). Working closely with both internal and external sales teams, this individual ensures high-quality, customer-focused service aimed at meeting client needs and satisfaction.

What You�ll Do � Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for rental inquiries.
  • Collaborate with prospective and existing clients to promote and grow rental activities while offering the company�s products and solutions.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver accurate proposals and quotes within the required timelines.
  • Coordinate and, when necessary, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Conduct proactive and regular follow-ups on ongoing quotes.
  • Perform any other tasks and responsibilities deemed relevant and appropriate by management.

What You Need � Requirements

  • 2�3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience or training in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC fields is considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken (due to regular interactions with clients across Canada).
  • Strong proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.
  • Flexible availability outside of normal business hours to respond to client emergencies.
  • Availability in the event of a declared emergency.
