Engineering and R&D Intern – Electrical Design (12-month, Fall start)

Contribute to configuration management process by standardizing product BOMs, specifications, materials descriptions. Contribute to material and supplier qualification process by creating and revising material specifications. Contribute to non-conformance management process by analysing test results, construction of the product, performing electrical measurements and identified direct causes of failures/deviations. Interpret test results to identify failed components and evaluate the direct causes of failures. Record and communicate findings to the electrical designer and recommend solutions for material quality or process improvements. Follow work instructions and suggest improvements to work practices and failure detection methods. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety standards while working on the production floor.
