Talent Acquisition Student (12 Months)

You will support active recruitment processes by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting. You will coordinate interviews and schedule between candidates and hiring managers. You will assist with candidate outreach and talent pipeline building through sourcing and research activities. You will maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and tracking tools. You will support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives and events. You will help prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring updates. You will contribute to improving recruitment templates, processes, and candidate experience touchpoints. You will participate in team meetings and hiring discussions to learn recruitment strategy and workforce planning. You will take ownership of assigned TA projects that add measurable value to the team.
