Job Description

Enter, process, and manage customer orders, acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire order lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery, monitor invoicing and payment status for open orders. Manage outgoing invoicing (including electronic invoicing) and prepare required certificates (origin, quality, warranty, insurance, conformity, etc.). Handle export documentation, negotiate export‑related requirements with customers, and communicate with banks regarding letters of credit. Liaise with the Chamber of Commerce and other institutions for document validation and manage documentation through customer platforms and portals.
