Job Description
Prepare and analyze monthly KPI reports, including FPY and NCC, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights to enhance performance. Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and readiness for external certifications. Analyze failure data and develop actionable insights to improve processes. Prepare internal and customer-facing reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Coordinate failure investigation topics by collaborating with engineering and R D teams to identify root causes and facilitate implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Work in collaboration with After Sales team to provide customers with reports and clarifications as well as support in routine tasks if required Manage and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards. Utilize SAP and Intelex systems for data management and analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Drive problem-solving initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across departments. Lead root cause analysis initiatives for quality-related issues by coordinating investigation efforts among cross-functional teams, such as production and engineering, without direct line management. Ensure timely communication of RCA findings through comprehensive customer reports, providing clear recommendations and follow-up actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
