Field Service Technician (High Voltage Instrument Transformers)

Perform on-site inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair of instrument transformers and high voltage equipment. Conduct site visits to assess equipment condition and define service scope, including preparing technical inputs for quotations and timelines. Support warranty cases by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal and third-party teams until resolution. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Provide technical support and training to customers and partners on equipment operation and maintenance. Document service activities, findings, and recommendations in detailed reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all field operations. Collaborate with service operations and engineering teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain tools, equipment, and service documentation in good working order. Travel frequently to customer sites across the USA and Canada (estimated 40–80%).
