To consolidate & validate specific Essar Group’s investment companies’ accounting ledger and undertake all day-to-day transactions of the specific company, maintain books of accounts and create financial reports in order to meet the investment strategies of the respective business / entity of Essar Capital as per the financial needs ensuring appropriate adherence to required accounting and financial reporting standards while ensuring closure.
