Job Description
Strategic • Manage the recruitment activities for Essar Capital and for senior leadership positions for all Essar portfolio companies in line with the talent acquisition processes and set guidelines • Support the development of a recruitment plan based on identified manpower needs across functions in Essar Capital and for senior leadership positions in its portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with allocated budget • Check relevant recruitment events, campus placement dates of top universities/colleges across the country and gain approval on participation for participation • Identify recruitment agencies, headhunters and recruitment channels for the region/country for senior positions to support Essar Capital in recruitment activities for global locations • Provide support in identification of critical positions across functions and teams, along with Head - HR, and provide support in creation of succession plans for each critical position
