Job Description

About The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst – Supply Chain to support data-driven decision-making across our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

What You Will Do:

  • Collect data and support development of data retrieval and storage solutions for consistent access while ensuring consistent quality of the data.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance metrics to inform decision making.

  • Identify trends and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, improve performance, and reduce costs.

  • Work closely with other departments, stakeholders, and suppliers to coordinate supply chain activities and resolve any issues that arise.

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Proficiency in Analytical Tools: Skilled in using Excel, Power BI and other analytical software to manage and manipulate data effectively.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain Processes: Knowledge of key supply chain functions such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy in data entry, analysis, and reporting to avoid errors and maintain data integrity.

  • Problem Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues within the supply chain and developing effective solutions to address them.

  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Basic Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles relevant to supply chain operations, such as cost analysis and budgeting.

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP or Oracle to manage and streamline supply chain activities.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to group efforts and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Proficiency in Polish & English.
