Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical/Electronic Assembly: Assemble basic electrical components and systems under direct supervision, following established procedures.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identifies simple issues with electrical components and systems, using standard troubleshooting techniques and tools. Seeks assistance for more complex problems
Testing and Analysis: Conducts routine electrical tests with provided instructions. Records and reports test results to engineering or supervisory staff.
Process Improvement: Suggests minor adjustments to tools or techniques to improve efficiency based on direct observations. Follows established processes and documentation.
Team Leadership: Works cooperatively with team members, assisting peers with routine tasks as needed
Key Skills:
Schematics & Drawings: Basic ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and simple diagrams with supervision. Limited understanding of assembly and testing processes.
Assembly of Electrical Systems & Components: Ability to follow established procedures and protocols for assembly of electrical components and systems, adhering to IEC, CE, and UL standards with guidance.
Testing: Familiarity with functional testing concepts and procedures.
Electrical Circuit Principles, Testing & Data Review: Demonstrates a basic understanding of electrical circuit principles and assists in data collection and reporting for simple tests.
Application & Field Use Knowledge: Familiar with basic electrical systems and components. Understands general functions and applications of deployed systems.
Devices and Tools Used: Operates basic mechanical and electrical measurement devices (e.g., multimeters, basic hand tools). Requires supervision for selecting and using tools.
Team Leadership: Demonstrates teamwork and supports peers on assigned tasks. Assists senior technicians when needed
Communication: Communicates findings and results through basic written and verbal communication, with minimal supervison.
Process Improvement: Observes and identifies inefficiencies in processes but relies on guidance to implement changes.
Problem Solving: Assists in identifying and troubleshooting basic issues with electrical systems.
