Key Account Manager UK - Paper Bags

Job Description

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your key accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Consult with clients on technical specifications, paper bag based packaging technologies, modern paper bag manufacturing process and materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure client expectations, orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify "upsell" or "cross-sell" opportunities within existing accounts to increase share-of-wallet.
  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect and convert high-value leads in the industrial packaging space (e.g., construction, agriculture, food processing).
  • Increase, and promote the presence and reputation of Mondi Paper Bags in the UK market, showcasing our products and services, from our product offerings, technical expertise, and our sustainability service portfolio.
  • Develop relationships with potential customers, building a strong foundation to long term cooperation and increased sales.

  • Fully engage with Mondi’s strategy, objectives, business systems: including, but not limited to, Mondi’s sustainability goals.
