Facilities Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY The Facilities Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the Sun Country Airlines facilities related to HVAC, electrical, lighting, roofing, fire suppression, plumbing and grounds. This includes Headquarters, Maintenance Hangar(s), and leased airport spaces. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Maintain a preventive maintenance program within the confines of an annual budget. This includes all heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical as well as maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.  Assist with the monitoring of HVAC and fire suppression systems.
