REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma Preferably one year of work experience in reception/front desk positions Knowledge of two foreign languages is desirable Communication skills, courtesy, guest-oriented approach AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Handling correspondence with domestic and international guests Handles correspondence with domestic and international guests Welcomes guests and assignes rooms according to confirmed reservations Openes and charges accounts for individual guests Checkes out guests in the reception log Receives and resolves guest complaints Prepares arrival and departure lists of guests Provides information to guests Knows and applies reception SOP Knows and applies occupational health and safety measures
